Benefits of Joining

As a matter of course, the Lower Beaver Neighborhood Association makes its meetings and various activities open to the public. Everyone is always welcome to attend! However, there are two major benefits to becoming a member of the LBNA:

• Input. Dues-paying members have a voice in the direction of the association and the neighborhood as a whole by voting on a variety of issues and being elected to the association’s board of directors.
• Give back. Take satisfaction in the fact that you are giving back to your neighborhood! Your dues directly support events, beautification, commercial revitalization, and other projects in the Lower Beaver Neighborhood.

Cost of Joining

Membership in the LBNA is available for the nominal fee of $20 per household per year. Memberships are good for 12 months, no matter when you sign up.
