Husky Highlights

Hoover High School has been in the news quite a bit lately for some of the great things happening at the school. Here are just a few of the highlights!

The Hoover Drama Department performed Arsenic & Old Lace, a comedy about a family of serial killers. The department has announced that next year’s lineup will include The Play That Goes Wrong and The Lightning Thief.

The Huskies track teams have had a stellar season. The girls 4×100 meter relay recently won the Drake Relays, and both boys and girls teams saw a remarkable number of athletes qualify for the state track meet May 18-20.

The Huskies boys soccer team has performed exceptionally this season. The team finished the regular season ranked second in Class 3A with a record of 13-1. They are slated to play in the substate playoffs May 22.
